What we collect, and why

When you fill in a form on this site — a help request, the contact form, or a newsletter sign-up — we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number and your message. We use this only to respond to you, to provide the support you asked for, or to send you the updates you signed up for.

Confidentiality of help requests

If you reach out for help, what you share is confidential. We use it to understand your situation and respond appropriately.
